The Australian Shepherd is a medium-sized variety of canine that was created in the United States, and recognized as a variety in the mid twentieth century. The previous progenitors of the establishment canines probably had a few sources, yet were principally UK rustic landrace crowding collies of different kinds and additionally districts.

Origin: Western United States

Temperament: Intelligent, hard working, and versatile, the Aussie is a no-nonsense dog who thrives in a home where his brains and energy are put to good use.

Colors: Red tricolor, Black tricolor, Merle, Black, Red Merle, Blue Merle, Red

Lifespan: 13 – 15 years

Size: Male: 51–58 cm, Female: 46–54 cm
