The Bouvier des Flandres is a crowding canine variety starting in Flanders, Belgium. They were initially utilized for general ranch work including cows droving, sheep crowding, and truck pulling, and these days as watchman canines and police canines, just as being kept as pets.

Origin: Flanders, France

Temperament: Intelligent, Loyal, Gentle, Protective, Familial, Rational

Colors: Black, Fawn, Brindle, Black & Brown, Grey, Salt & Pepper

Lifespan: 10 – 12 years

Size:  Female: 59–65 cm, Male: 62–68 cm
